Shipping and returns policy

Free shipping on UK orders over £250, EU orders over €300 and US orders over $350.

Orders placed before 12pm on a weekday will be processed that day. All orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday or on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

All UK orders will be dispatched by DHL or any other local courier within 1-2 working days. Delivery costs will be displayed during checkout. Orders over £250 are delivered free.

International orders will be dispatched within 5-8 working days. Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.

EU deliveries will not be subject to additional duties and taxes.

Non EU deliveries may be subject to additional duties and taxes.

The recipient must bear any duties and/or taxes as applicable on deliveries.

We have a reputation for having many satisfied customers. However, if you wish to return an item for an exchange or refund please read the following instructions:

Returns period shall be 15 days from the delivery of the product(s).

Returns applicable only in cases of size misfit, damaged products, colour mismatch, manufacturing defects.

All items must be returned in an unsed (unworn) and unwashed condition, with the original kinvoice, packaging, booklets and tags still attached.

Customer will have to first intimate Titos London of any returns by filling the Returns form and clearly stating reasons for return / exchange.

All un-damaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments.

Exchange of products shall be applicable only for customers / beneficiaries in the UK only. Exchanges are free of charge. Please follow the exchange procedure paperwork found in the package. Please use return code A and request the size that you require.

We strongly recommend you obtain a free “Certificate of Posting” from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

International customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

UK returns and exchanges

Returns for UK customers (and Northern Ireland) are free of charge.

Please use the Freepost address on the Returns Form enclosed with your package and refer to our Returns Procedure section below.

International returns

If you live outside of the UK, we regret that return costs are the responsibility of the customer and that exchanges cannot be processed. For all returns, please follow the steps below.

If your product is faulty, please follow the instructions as above for returns.

Products returned to us by you due to a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges and any cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

You must obtain a returns reference by emailing within 7 days of receiving your item.
This reference must be filled in on the returns form.

Please return your item and the returns/exchange form (delivered with the goods) within 14 days of receipt of the goods. We will give you a full refund or exchange* within 30 days of you returning the items. Please note shipping fees will not be refunded.

*This excludes international orders, which are eligible for returns only.
